This year's world barista championship went, for the first time, to a Latin-American, and Colombian, dream-team: Diego Campos, from Amor Perfecto Special Coffees. For one of his coffee presentations, he used an audiovisual stimulus produced by myself, and where we used a sound cue that has been proven by our research to be able to enhance the perceived sweetness and smoothness during a tasting experience (check this multisensory moment). I am very thankful to contribute with our greatest Latin American talents while sharing scientific knowledge.
